[Three Years above Disciple Course Highlights]: Three years guarding the mountain gate, nine transformations forging true skills. This is no ordinary course, personally taught by Chen Lisheng, the 15th-generation heir of the Wudang Xuanwu School (who learned from You Xuande, the 14th-generation heir of the Xuanwu School), a system of dual cultivation of Taoism and martial arts. It initiates the life transformation from practitioner to inheritor. The first year subdues one's madness (discipline restrains the form), the second year forges one's spirit (hard work transforms strength), and the third year reveals one's true nature (mind-based enlightenment). On the day of graduation, the disciple steps into the Yu Step, points his sword to the Heavenly Pivot, and realizes that three years of hard work are merely the beginning of their path to enlightenment—the true essence of Tai Chi has become ingrained in their blood and breath. From now on, those who walk outside the mountain gate are living Wudang descendants.

First Year: Basic martial arts training, focusing on hand, eye, body, and footwork techniques, comprehensively improving overall physical flexibility, speed, strength, coordination, and explosiveness.
Second Year: Consolidate the first year's learning and begin practicing the Eight Methods of Tai Chi Push Hands.
Third Year: Consolidate previous learning, strengthen foundational exercises in gong power and body movements, and learn Wudang internal force generation and free-hand fighting. Fourth Year: Consolidate and correct previous learning, practical explanations of push hands, and practical combat techniques. Teach the Five Elements Health Qigong, the "Nei Gong Jing," Taiyi Five Elements Boxing, and the Black Tortoise Staff.
Fifth Year: Served as an assistant instructor at the gym, beginning to learn and teach while continuing to improve.
Continuing to refine: Taoist Zhonglü Ba Duan Jin, Lü Dongbin's "Hundred Character Stele," Zhang Sanfeng's annotations on internal gong techniques, the "Complete Works of Zhang Sanfeng," "Zhang Sanfeng's Three Medical Books," and the "Huangdi Neijing" and "Ma Yi Shen Xiang" books on personal identification.
